ISO Management Systems Trainer (Associate)

The Role

As an ISO Management Systems Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to our clients to help them achieve competencies in IMS Internal Auditing, IMS implementation and building awareness.

Training materials are available, and the Associate Trainer will be able to deliver existing materials, and/or be involved with the update/refresh of materials.

Training programmes for clients are delivered online in a ‘virtual classroom’, on-site and in training room environments.

This role is open to both applications for part-time or Associate status – if you are an Associate looking for additional work streams, holding your own insurances etc. then please do reach out for a conversation.

Some travel may be involved. A valid driving licence will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent/similar) in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline.
• ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 14001:2015 / ISO 45001:2018 etc Internal or Lead Auditor Certification.
• Desirable: IRCA Registered

Experience and Skills

We are keen to hear from applicants with a background/specialisms and competencies such as those listed below.

• Experienced in delivering high-quality training in ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 Management Systems (ISO 50001 and other standards may also be helpful).
• Experience in delivering ISO training across a range of industries and sectors.
• Ideally a management systems practitioner and internal or external ISO systems auditor, with an excellent understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Standards.
• Ability to develop and deliver engaging, online, and in-person training sessions and programmes and customise training materials for clients.
• Ability to use MS packages (Powerpoint, Word, Forms) and online tools for engagement with virtual classroom attendees, such as Miro, Slido etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to explain complex concepts and procedures to various audiences across a range of industries, so that trainees can achieve competency requirements in a test or in a practical.
• Great communication skills and ability to work independently while working alongside our Training Manager and Training Coordinator for delivery of training.
