MRTPI Qualified Town Planner or Planning & Development Surveyor

This position would ideally suit a Chartered Town Planner or Planning & Development RICS Qualified Surveyor who is seeking to develop a career in the private sector with a business looking to grow beyond its current size. You will have freedom to work on your own initiative and develop working relationships with our wide range of clients. The ideal candidate will have an RTPI Accredited Degree or similar and be a Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI).

Chartered Architect

The ideal candidate will have an Architectural related degree, Chartered Membership of the RIBA or the RIAS and experience in all aspects of project running and certification. Good technical and contract knowledge are important though design skills will be a priority. Experience with AutoCAD is essential and experience with Autodesk Revit (BIM) would be advantageous.

Senior or Principal Acoustic Consultant 

The ideal candidate will possess an Honours or Masters Degree in Acoustics (or similar) and membership of the Institute of Acoustics. Desirable experience in one or more of the following; undertaking construction (BS 5228 standard), environmental (for industrial facilities – BS 4142 standard), road traffic and /or railway (to support planning) noise impact assessments and/or acoustic modelling.

The Senior Industrial Environmental Consultant will assist clients with environmental legislation compliance (including special waste/chemical compliance e.g. REACH, CLP, transboundary shipments, waste classification, EPR), and the development and delivery of the management systems and training to manage and improve environmental impacts (e.g. ISO 14001, net zero strategy compliance, ISO 50001, ISO 9001). The successful candidate will have experience in two or more of the following: net zero/ carbon neutral strategy and action plan development, innovation, carbon footprinting and GRI standards reporting, carbon/GHG data analytics and model interpretation and will work in a client-facing role with lead responsibilities for excellent project delivery, valued outcomes and great customer service.

Circular Economy (Construction) Consultant

The successful candidate will work in a client-facing role with lead responsibilities for excellent project delivery, valued outcomes and great customer service and will have experience in two or more of the following (ideally in a consultancy role); circular economy, sustainable procurement, life cycle assessment, low carbon product design and /or carbon impact tool development/ modelling.

Principal Hydrologist

The successful candidate will hold a Honours or Masters Degree in Hydrology, Engineering or similar with experience in Flood Risk Assessment, Flow Modelling, Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SUDS) to include design and/or guidance in relation to planning, EIA, construction or engineering projects.

Senior Sustainability Consultant (NI /Ireland)

Recruiting now for a Senior Sustainability Consultant to join our growing team in our Northern Ireland or Republic of Ireland offices to support with technical project delivery to include: food and drink sustainability strategies; farm management and farm sustainability consulting; carbon footprinting, carbon neutrality & net-zero; climate change impact modelling; life cycle assessment; circular economy consulting; resource and energy efficiency; environmental auditing and sustainability reporting.

Senior Environmental Engineer

The successful candidate will posses an Honours or Masters Degree in Chemical, Process, Mechanical, Civil or Environmental Engineering, the physical sciences, or similar with experience in a consultancy role in environmental permitting, air quality, water and wastewater management, hydrology and/or environmental noise assessments.

Senior or Principal Air Quality Consultant

The successful candidate will hold a relevant Honours or Masters Degree; knowledge of UK air quality policy and legislation and, experience in air quality assessments, environmental permitting, environmental planning and/or dispersion modelling software.
