Context review engaged the leadership team in a strategic workshop. Brexit outlooks and infection control from international shipping were some of the interesting risks and opportunities highlighted.
Improvements on quality included internal efficiency savings through streamlining and integrating processes. Positive environmental aspects of shipyard’s operations in maintaining shipping lifespan for Gibdock customers were highlighted.
Zero Non-Conformances Gibdock was rewarded with achieving transition to both standards in summer 2017. Results include achieving zero non-conformances and maintaining confidence to continue integration with health and safety management.
