Mabbett Approach and Delivery

A private developer with an empty building unit in prime city centre location approached Mabbett to advise on Planning legislation for changing the current building use to Class 6 distribution centre. A key issue would be utilising an existing access that had been made redundant by the previous occupier, this would allow delivery vehicles to safely enter and exit the site from a main trunk road.

Project Outcomes

Mabbett obtained all necessary local authority consents including Planning Permission and Building Warrant which led to a successful tendering process to allow construction work to commence, and more importantly provide the client with their new premises.
