PAS 2060 is a BSI standard which provides a definition of carbon neutrality and a recognised methodology on how to achieve a carbon neutral status for your organisations activities, products, services, projects, buildings and/ or events.

If you are seeking to become carbon neutral in line with PAS 2060 we can support with:

  • measurement of your carbon footprint.
  • development of your carbon management plan to reduce carbon emissions.
  • development of your offset strategy.
  • preparation of your Qualifying Explanatory Statement (QES).

How to make a declaration in conformity to PAS 2060?

There are three routes to gaining validation to PAS 2060 – self validation, validation by a non-accredited organisation (for example consultants) and independent third party certification. It is only Independent third party certification bodies that can provide you with a certificate in line with PAS 2060.
