Protected Species Surveys

We provide surveys on vegetation using different methodology depending on project requirements.

We undertake bird /ornithology surveys for nesting, breeding and wintering birds to support planning applications and construction.

We undertake ecological baseline surveys for ornithological and protected species receptors, as well as habitats which could be affected a proposed construction project. Based on the outcome we prepare the required reports for submission to the planning authorities or stakeholders.

Our Construction Environment Team provides support with discharge of environmental and ecological planning conditions and can fulfil either full time or part time roles as Environmental Manager and Ecological Clerk of Works (ECoW) during construction as well as Planning Monitoring Officer (PMO) duties.

We offer a full life-cycle approach to development, from initial feasibility assessments through the planning process to allow for construction and operation. Our Environmental Planners can assist with gaining planning consent for your development proposals.
