The successful candidate will have completed BOHS W501 and W503 modules and hold experience in occupational hygiene practice, e.g. air monitoring for hazardous substances, conducting occupational noise assessments, carrying out thorough examinations and tests of local exhaust ventilation (LEV) systems.
We are recruiting for an Occupational Hygienist to join our growing Safety team, to be located in the Glasgow or Rosyth offices. The position may require travel, including overnight stays, throughout the U.K., and potentially work trips to Ireland and Europe depending on project requirements.
You will primarily work from home in the short-term and you will be provided with all IT equipment and the software/services required to facilitate your efficient home working. If home working is not suitable for you, we shall make alternative arrangements. Long term arrangements will be discussed and agreed with the successful candidate – we are a flexible employer and are willing to consider an arrangement that is desirable to you.
